I would definitely go for the captoe flats! I love basic flats because they are so versatile and this year I am really craving a pair of cap-toe flats or heels π
Espadrille for me are more of a seaside resort thing, and they get ruined if you get them wet, which can happen at any time in Switzerland as rain is never too far π
But the flats? LOVE.

Personally, I love the denim espadrille but if you’re gonna on splurge on 1 pair, better go with the classic one because it can be worn with more outfits and in any event you’re attending (then get a cheaper version of the denim espadrille that you can wear occasionally). What do you think Steffy?

Steffys World says
Jessy you have a good point and even though I am leaning more towards the espadrilles (thoughts of wearing them in spring and summer come to mind!) I think if I am going to spend a lot on a shoe it should be a classic!

I love the more relaxed blue pair but that is just more my taste. I tend to wear heels so much for more classic looks. Both are so cute though. Which pair go with your wardrobe the most? Maybe that’s the easiest deciding factor. Tough choice!

@Tiffy I was thinking the same first Chanel purchase = classic piece but there is just something cute about the denim espadrilles!
@Mandi Both would work with my weekend wardrobe, but I feel like the ballerinas I could also use to work while the denim espadrilles I could only wear in late Spring and Summer… Still confused – I want both π
Tiffy Diamond says
I love the classic with the black toe cap. If it was my first pair of Chanels then I would splurge on the classic. Both are cute though!
